Why use it before a massage ?

Taking a moment in an infrared sauna before a massage can multiply the benefits of the session. The gentle, penetrating heat of the sauna deeply relaxes muscles, stimulates blood circulation, and promotes the elimination of toxins. Thus, during the massage, tension is more easily released, relaxation is deeper, and the body can better benefit from the movements and stretches.

By combining a sauna and massage, you provide your body with optimal preparation, for more complete muscle relaxation and a lasting feeling of lightness and well-being.

Typical procedure :

1. Hydrate ; drink a glass of water before the sauna session.

2. Make yourself comfortable in the dome for a 25-minute infrared sauna session.

3. Drink again to rehydrate.

4. Take a shower in the office to eliminate toxins.

5. Receive your personalized massage.

6. Enjoy a cup of tea to complete your treatment ritual.
